  • Features: It serves as a secure, efficient, and reliable medium of exchange for the online mall, NFT marketplace, and other services.

  • Burning Mechanism: Transactions involving IHKAAS Gold include a burning fee to reduce supply and enhance value over time.

2.2 IHKAAS Blue, Green, Red, and White Products/NFTs

  • These are digital products or NFTs created with unique purposes:

    • IHKAAS Blue: Access to virtual events, educational content, and entertainment sessions.

    • IHKAAS Green: Promotes eco-friendly initiatives and can be used for specific sustainability projects.

  • Users can design products such as T-shirts, caps, mugs, hoodies, sneakers, bags, and phone cases using the platform’s intuitive design tools.

  • All designs must comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. NFT Marketplace

5.1 Platform Features

The IHKAAS NFT Marketplace allows users to:

Users are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

7.2 Account Security

  • IHKAAS is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While IHKAAS strives to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee platform uptime.

8.2 No Guarantees

IHKAAS does not guarantee any financial return or future value of tokens or digital products.

8.3 Liability Limitation

IHKAAS is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions.

  • Vendor misrepresentation.

  • Third-party integrations, such as PayPal or credit card processors.
